The Roadies are quite most possibly the hardest working band in the New England Area...There influences range from Kiss to Pantera and The Beatles. Recently i caught up with The Roadies drummer Dave Carlberg in the backwoods of New Hampshire. We kicked it drinking some Mountain Dew and eating Pizza . Dave told me about how MTV picked them to do a few song for the reality show Sorority Life.
An exec at MTV caught the bands show up at Hampton Beach,NH, and it was a rap from there. MTV flew them out to New York City to do some tour dates. Before hitting the Big Apple they had to do a show in Connecticut. As any rockstars would they got completly trashed, while setting up. Out of the corner of Dave's eye while setting up, he saw the venue owner wheeling in cases of soda. "Where are the kegs of beer" Dave asked. The owner walked over , and all he could smell was booze on Dave's breath and the band to . "What are you guys doing?, Why are you drunk ?, this is a show for kids staying sober and off of drugs" asked the owner. Feeling woozy Dave and the band tried not to laugh, and finished setting up. That night they played a great show, trying to look as sober as possible. Dave told me about other incidents in the studio, and taking a piss on a military base hiding from an MP officer. I discovered Jordy Towers on Wikipedia and then found him on Twitter. Currently he is on Blackground Records, the same label that birthed Aaliyah, Timbaland & Magoo, JoJo, and Platinum writers/artists: Playa (Smoke E Digglera, Static/Major, Digital Black). The label was founded by Barry & Jomo Hankerson (Aaliyah's uncles). Anything they touch becomes ground breaking to the world of music. Jordy Towers is the newest artist to there line up on Blackground. The first single "Pretty Monster" feat. B.o.B., got muy head nodding, and it put chills up my spine. With Jordy's blue eyed funk/hip hop mixed with Bobby's southern fried hip hop/soul it had Elvis dancing out of his grave on his Graceland lawn. Mr. Towers is not to be slept on, he could give Robin Thicke & Justin Timberlake a run for their money. Not only does Jordy spit verses, he has a rock star side to him with his second song "Reverse" with his group Some Kinda Wonderful Band.
He is what an all around artist is, understanding all aspects of music not one Genre. This what gives logevity in the industry. Thus longevity he will have. Not only in muisc but business as well.

When you think of an artist with pure talent and superstardom, Kiley Dean comes to mind. She started out as a back up singer for Britney Spears on tour. Then became a signee to Timbaland's imprint label Beat Club(now Mosley Music). Quickly songs started to appear with her on it like: Bubba Sparxxx "Nowhere", Petey Pablo's "Gun Line", and the Timbaland infused "Country Girl". It wouldn't be long after that, her first single popped off names "Make Me A Song" that was a pure hit (Made Billboard Top 100). My eagerness to have her come out with an album was off the meter!!! An album was supposed to come out called Simple Girl. Disappointed, it never surfaced on store shelves, and i was stuck hearing it later online. To me th whole album is a classic. Kiley's smooth , sultry, laidback molodic voice reigned supreme on songs like: "Stay Away From My Boyfiend", "America" , "Cross The Line" ect. Every song was a press repeat on my CD player (Before ipods). If i'm not mistaken i could hear the likes of Ryan Tedder and Static major's influence on the album as well. A second installment of hers called Changes popped up online (instant classic again). Along with some mixtape flavor songs over "Say Somethin" by Drake , "Ayo Technology" and The Legendary Traxter club crusher "My Chick Bad". All this material is filled with hotness. Kiley i could listen to your music for infinity. Surely it will be a matter of time when artsits come looking to you for a hit song. Who knows maybe her and Ryan Tedder could collab on a song and have a song like FUN. mixed with some country O Brother Where Out Tho tinge to it (just a suggestion). She is gonna flood the world with the spark of her heart BET ON IT!!!

I'm not saying all of the mentioned above causes the Earth to react violently. We are of higher intelligence we can use these technologies as tools. Probelms that can arise from the amount of unbalanced behavior to our earth can cause the planet to react in a bad way. With a lack of balance to our earth from our technologies can act like a strong pill. It can give us quick results, but have side effects that are not good for us, and possibly could kill us later on down the road. So is Global Warming happening? Yes a litle bit, but not as big as you would suspect. You have to factor other things that can trigger the Earth to react as well. So what do you think?
