As a child i have always been coming up to Hiram , Maine on weekends or stay the full summer. It has been a place of memories, scary storms, cozy winters, a place of healing, or even a boat fire rescue ect.. The surrounding areas such as Freedom, Hiram, Brownfield, Fryeburg, Parsonfield, Porter, and Cornish has been places for good friends, shopping, swimming, antiques, fairs, and other outdoor activities. The people here are quite hospitable. You wave to your neighbor , get a ride, share recipes or baked goods (homemade whoopie pies especially), meet local fishermanwho can teach where the good fishing spots are.... It is home and it will always be home. Let me share these places with you.
